Here is my thin wallet billfold made of Tyvek. This wallet is so form-fitting that you can tuck it almost anywhere underneath your clothes, not just in your pocket or purse. My low-frills design is minimal like a money clip, while still being able to work as a general purpose, bi-fold moneyholder.

These are just a few situations in which my very skinny wallet can be useful. Use one for organizing your coupons and shopping lists. Use another when going out bowling or to a concert. You can load up the wallet as usual for everyday use, or downsize it to just hold some paper money and an identification card.
Tyvek is a great material for mailing envelopes, and also for a casual wallet. It's lightweight, rip-resistant, and moisture-resistant. Tyvek is also very economical compared to traditional leather or ripstop nylon. If you do not need the extra features of other "front pocket" wallets that are available, you can get more value by going with my simpler product design.
