I was looking for a very thin wallet that I could keep in my front pocket. There were a few different styles and materials I could choose from, but I was not very enthusiastic about any of them. Money clips were another option, but they were not designed to be a general-purpose "catch-all" container like a billfold or trifold wallet.
Well, I did not want to simply store my money, cards, and receipts inside a mailing envelope inside my pocket, even though that lazy, bare-bones approach seemed to fit most of my requirements. Okay so maybe I WAS interested in having a little bit more actual style than THAT...even if I was being a bit gadget-minded.
Off to the Internet. Lots of do-it-yourself projects are out there. You can download plans and directions, or buy some pre-made wallets. I came up with my own design, and of course I am going to suggest that you take the easy way and buy a wallet from me!
